Unless otherwise noted, orders confirmed and paid before 12pm usually ship out the same day. A delay could happen due to the following reasons: special articles, unforeseen circumstances, availability.

Once your order is delivered, the responsibility for the items shifts to you. If the box looks damaged, please reject the delivery. We also recommend checking the contents right away to verify that everything has arrived in perfect condition.
